Do It Yourself Cold Remedy

Starting to feel sick? Try this easy to make Herbal Tea!

When the first signs of cold or flu come on try this simple remedy at home. Then schedule your acupuncture appointment right away!

• 2 1/2 cups Hot Water • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint • 1/2 of Orange Peel • 1 -2 Slices of Ginger • 1/8 cup Scallions (green part) • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Bring water to a boil, add in orange peel, ginger, scallions. Boil for about 5 minutes. Add Mint to boil for about 1 minute. Add sugar last.

Drink! Wrap up & keep warm. This should help bring a gentle sweat to help expel the pathogen.
